We use this information only as reasonably necessary to manage our communications with you and maintain records relating to your communication preferences.
Some telephone numbers in our contact database were originally provided by people who subscribed to receive concert-related mobile communications from We Banjo 3.
We Banjo 3 are no longer touring, and Enda Scahill is now performing with Gadan.
Where appropriate, previous subscribers may receive a message from Enda explaining this change and asking whether they would like to receive future WhatsApp updates relating to Enda’s performances with Gadan.
A previous subscription to We Banjo 3 communications is not treated by us as consent to ongoing Gadan WhatsApp communications. We separately record whether a recipient has chosen to receive future Gadan WhatsApp updates.

Our messaging service uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta. Information transmitted through WhatsApp may therefore also be processed by WhatsApp and Meta in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We may use hosting, database, website and technology providers where necessary to operate our messaging service. These providers may process information on our behalf only to the extent necessary to provide their services.
We do not sell our WhatsApp contact list or personal information to third parties.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to maintain appropriate records of consent, opt-out requests and messaging activity.
